Ensuring the quality of our services is a top priority.  This involves collecting data, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Our system is based in two pilars:

1. Time Spent In Your Facilitie  

Since we know how many hours are needed to clean your building, if our employees spend less or more time than expected, it likely means that some areas were not cleaned properly or something different is happening. That’s why we closely monitor the time our employees spend at your facility. For that, we use a reliable timekeeping system to ensure our team is always on time and accounted for. When they arrive at your facility, they clock in using our company app, and when it’s time to finish up, they clock out using the same app. This system ensures you’ll never encounter a situation where no one shows up to clean your facility.

2. Regular Inspections

By conducting regular inspections, we can identify any deficiencies before they become significant issues. We do a unique inspections for each customer, with their specifics areas, demands and SOP’s. 
We prioritize taking care of our customers, every detail. Communication is also very important so that we can increasingly satisfy our customers' needs and problems.
